    I recently purchased a new EHX Pitchfork pedal. I have been having problems when I use a 9V battery; the pedal keeps turning on and off by itself. I put in a new battery and now the pedal will not work at all with a fresh 9V battery. I tried using the wall plug adapter and now it works fine. Has anyone had any similar difficulties?
