Hi,
I purchased this unit along with B9 and C9 around December last year, but hasn’t got around setting them up.
When I set it up today, I found that the Key 9 preset dial does not change the sound – this just the same digital piano sound (not sure which one). It sounded the same sound from 1 to 9. The B9 and C9 works with no problem.
Anyone encountered this ? Is there anything my local tech guy can fix or does it need to be returned ?
2Mix if you are sure it is the same sound yes I am afraid something is wrong and it should be returned. I am very sorry.
