i recently purchased a new Freeze along with 5 other new EHX products, which was awesome for the hour or so i experimented with it, then it completely died.
theres still a dry signal going through it but the light will not go on and thus the “freeze” function doesnt happen, so its just sitting there like a connecter between pedals, its not a power issue as the rest of my pedalboard is working

thoughts/ hints/ help? i was really into it!
    thanks!!

Are you powering it with it’s own adapter or on a chain with other effects?

i was chaining, then when i noticed it was the only one out of 12 stompbox’s in my setup which wasn’t responding i took it out and tried it on its own every way possible. it WAS working for the first hour though, just no longer. was not moved in transit or anything, was literally brand new out of the box

I’d take it back and exchange for a new one.

Send it to EHX for repair/exchange.
