My B9 Organ Pedal works okay all by itself. If I put it in the chain of my pedal board, it makes a continues noise like a person holding down an organ key, or a stuck key.
Have changed the location of the pedal in the chain of other pedals (first, last middle). No fix yet.
I have a brand new power supply (One Spot), the original power supply wart that came with it.
Any input from anyone who has used this pup before?
My pedal board has (in the order they work in)
1. Cry Baby Wah-wha
2. Big Muff Pi
3. BOSS Distortion (don’t ask why this and the Big muff)
4. Seymour Duncan Vapor Trail
5. DOD Volume Pedal
6. EHX B9 Organ Pedal.
You can put the B9 anywhere in this chain and it will fail. By itself it’s okay.
Ideas?
thanks! Bobby G In Arizona.
Wondering if you have had any luck with your B9 pedal noise.
I too have the same issue. Works fine all alone but in line with any kind of overdrive pedal I get a
continuous upper register tone that is actually a B note.
Would be great to use this thing without needing an on/off switch and another amp.
I noticed that this is addressed on the first page of the forum. Apparently you have to use a separate power supply or an isolated power source (one of the high dollar units). I haven’t tried it yet but this pedal doesn’t seem to like daisy chains.
