I was playing my looper, went to press track and undo to erase to clear the loops it went pop and no sound would come through it, the display was reading 0000, i restarted it and now none of the buttons work and its stuck on version number. I’m literally speechless. I only use the stock power supply and all my effects are ran off a furman power conditioner…
*update*
6:15PM I remove the SD card and turn it on and the buttons work again, huge relief. Insert the SD card and can get to loop 4 before the unit freezes up and I have to restart. I’m guessing somehow the SD card became corrupt? Can a use a card reader to possibly salvage my loops and reformat the card? any information is appreciated. As to why this happened I’m thinking the weight of the powers supply plugged into the Furman SS-6B might have caused it to lose contact and subsequently power for a brief second, just long enough to corrupt the data being written/read
*update* something is definitely messed up with this SD card, I was able to pull the loop I wanted off with the card reader but my computer kept connecting and disconnecting it. I checked out loop 4 and it was corrupt which makes sense because it was recording and playing when this looper must have cycled power. I tried to format it but I’m pretty sure I bricked the sd card. I guess i’ll see if I can find one tomorrow
*update* went to walmart got some SanDisk 32gb class 10 microSDHC and i’m back up and flying. I’ll have to make it a serious point to double and triple check everything is plugged in firmly into the future.

Just have to make DARN sure everything is plugged in fully and safe from being bumped before i read, write, you guys did an excellent job at outlining this exact issue in the manual under memory section. These products seem to be built like a tank
August 28, 2019 at 8:56 pm #125484johnnyMemberHi, I have a similar problem. The display shows 0000 when I turn it on, without showing the software version. I have checked the micro sd card, the utility says no problem. I copied the new software onto the card, pressing OCT while powered up, , nothing happened. I tried a different power supply, no change. I am not quite sure what I was doing when the problem came about. I had finished recording on track 2 and then perhaps tried to go to the previous loop (both in tempo 104). I may have pressed quantize when it hadn’t been pressed while recording another track of the loop, not sure. I was connected with midi in from a Berhringer X touch midi controller. Also had midi out to a singular sound Beat Buddy via a midi merge box mixing in midi from a KAT drum pad. Absolutely no button lights up when pressed. Can you help? Many thanks!

I reformatted the card on my computer in Fat-32 as per the manual and she’s back up and flying again. Thank god; I was boarder line manic. Luckily this time I already had the loops moved to my computer.
