Hi
I just can’t run the Coarse mode on my 95000 … I respect the instructions in the manual by going into the secondary mode and changing the resolution of the slider but whatever I do I’m in FINE mode .. .
Any ideas for resolution?
Thanks !
Are you not able to access Coarse mode on established loops or on empty loop banks?
The TEMPO slider is always set to FINE mode on empty loop banks. Once you record the initial loop for a given loop bank, then the TEMPO slider changes to Coarse mode if the Tempo slider is set to Coarse (TM.CR).
Thanx for your reply.
It doesn’t work in both cases…
Any chance you could make a video of this issue?
Here’s a link :

Hope it’ll help
Thanks for making the video. Coarse and Fine modes are actually working fine in the video. In Fine mode, the TEMPO slider smoothly changes the tempo and pitch 1 BPM at a time. In Coarse mode, the tempo and pitch jump in 1/2 pitch steps (the notes on a piano). So, while in Coarse mode, if the loop was recorded in C, it will jump up to C#, then D, then D#, then E and so on as the TEMPO slider is pushed upward.
In the video you can see and hear the difference between the two modes. You’ll notice when set to Fine mode the tempo displayed in the tempo changes 1 BPM at a time. This is most easy to see right before you change to Coarse mode when the tempo changes from 74 to 75. In Coarse mode, the tempo will jump from 75 down to 71 or up to 79, assuming 75 is the original tempo of the loop as it is in the video.
Thank you for your answer !
Finally the problem was that I didn’t understand the principle of COARSE. I thought it was tempo modulator without changing tone, like on the 16s digital delay…
Yeah, the 95000 doesn’t do fixed pitch tempo change on the loop audio.
