I’m going to buy a looper soon, and the 2880 looks like the best option, just some questions about a few things i’ve read.

Do you have to hold down the foot pedal switch while recording the loop?

Do you have to hold down the record button while recording a loop without a foot controller?

What does it mean when people say ‘after market’ CF cards? cause there has been some problems about loading the card it comes with.

Can you use a non-EHX footswitch to control it?
