Hi, recently became a forum member despite having used EH products for a number of years. I recently purchased the new Voice Box which is a great pedal. However, despite it’s huge versatility, i find that when some of the harmony programmes are activated, there seems to be a slight loss of overall volume compared to the “clean” mic volume. This may be me, not being used to hearing 4 voices coming from my single microphone. Apart from that, this is a fantastic pedal. If you have got one of these, I’d appreciate your comments
I’m not much help to you as I just ordered my Voice Box and it’s suppose to be here today. I was reading the online instructions and it says that you must connect a XLR Mic cable from the Out side of the Voice Box to a Mixer. I have a mixer but I was wondering if I can simply connect the cable from the out side of the Voice Box straight to my Amp, which has a XLR Mic input? I’m trying to see if I’d get the same effects without using a Mixer….. Thanks in advance…

Snoop- No comment, I haven’t bought one yet. It’s on my list of pedals to buy!
Squeak- I don’t see why not.
Got the Voice Box in today. It seems to work just fine pluged through it straight to the amp. I’m very impressed with what it does so far… Well worth the price for this pedal… The videos you see on the web don’t do it justice…. Just plugged it all up and right out of the box it sounds great. I just wanted to be able to produce harmony voices and it works fine with my old D28 Martin plugged into it…. Thanks for your reply….
