I just bought an EH Hum Debugger and found out it has 7.5 VAC specs and not 9v as I expected. It has a supplied power adapter but our voltage here in The Philippines is 220v and I want to use the Hum Debugger with my pedalboard. My pedalboard power supply is a Gator G-Bus-8, w/ only 9v and 12 v inputs. Are there available converters/plugs for 9v or 12v?
Thanks,
Angelo
No there aren’t unfortunately. You’ve got to use the adapter.
true….not a hope I’m afraid.
a Euro power supply would probably be ok with a plug adaptor for your region, I can’t think of another solution I’m afraid. If you got the USA PSU then you would need a power step down too.
That’s what I’m afraid of. And yup I’m using a step-down adapter now, but it beats the purpose of my pedalboard having its own multi-input power supply. now there’s an extra wire (7.5 adapter) running down to occupy space on my power strip/wall wart. Anyway, that’s the cost of my endless search for a more quiet rig and tone. Thanks.
