I think it would be mega cool if you could make a Loop pedal inside of a Volume/Expression pedal. That way you could swell all the effect in the chain, or blend then with your pure signal. Im not very good at explaining this but I think you get the basic Idea.
I just run two parallel effects chains, and I have a volume pedal at the end of one. I’ve got a two channel amp with four inputs, so it works like a charm.
