I just got my ERD yesterday, but I can’t make it work.

It goes to about 10% volume at any setting of volume and gain and creates a good amount of noise.

Its hooked up by itself. Powered with 9v using PP2+ on outlet #1.
Cables have been tested alone and are fine. Bypass functions perfectly.

Any ideas?
