first of all my setup is epiphone g-400 pro and wildkat trough key9 (with or without the other pedals no difference) to blackstar id30 tvp amp or samson g-track pro audio interface.

welli the title says it all, the dry signal volume is fixed somewhere between %75-100 (presumably) and turning the knob does nothing. I always get dry guitar signal out of the output. and yes i plugged the output jack into the “keys” jack output on the pedal.

I was on a mission abroad and at the time i first try out the guitar the 30 day return period had ran out.
I am into tinkering with electronics so if you can guide me i can happyly fix it with your help and it will make me really happy (guess that one is meant for ehx but any suggestions are much appreciated)
