what should I expect from it? (compaired to say a small stone)
A far less intense phase, mxr phasers are mellow unlike the SS.
cool, might be useful then. I picked it up for next to nothing….it’s ‘untested’ with the battery clip missing, but it was so cheap it was worth a gamble.
You might wanna buy a DPDT and TB it, I’ll help you if you don’t know how.
cheers, I’ll let you know when it gets here what the score is, it might not work at all.
i still can’t believe it only cost you £10! :poke:

hahaha, neither can I!!
still, I still can’t believe you got that gonkulator, did you sell that in the end?
yeah. i made a tidy profit on it (more than 200 percent!)
nice.
…..well I think it was my turn to grab a bargain…
i suppose so.
I just hope it isn’t too much hassle to fix up.
i don’t know…
on one hand, it said it worked last time it was used (although we don’t know how long ago that was, or how the pedal has been stored) and the only issue mentioned is the missing battery connector.
from the picture it looks pretty good – it doesn’t look like it’s been thrown from any high buildings or anything or abused in any more conventional ways.
but then, for the person to sell it so cheaply would possibly cause me to be wary; either they know something they’re not letting on – even non-working pedals usually sell for more than that, OR they just didn’t know what it’s worth and wanted rid in a hurry.
yeah, I’m hoping it’s the latter….from the description it didn’t seem like he even knew what it was, I figured he just thought it was some old broken junk! (hopefully anyway!!)
I was kinda wary, but then for a tenner who cares?
exactly.
someone would usually pay more than that just for the parts and casing.
I really want a vintage Phase 90…. I can never find any for a reasonable price though…
