I just got this DMMM its an older red one with the 5 knobs.

I plugged it in, sounded great for about 15 seconds then a buzz kinda sound and it was off.
The light was still on but the sound was off.

You can step on it again and get some sound but some situation.

I noticed the power switch was in bad shape, in fact one wire came off with a slight wiggle.

I decided to try a new one from Radio Shack, I got this:

NO go, no lights etc…

I decided to put the old one back on and well now nothing, the overload light blinks once or twice but nothing.

Does anyone have a diagram or can tell me which wire to use from the little transformer?
There is of course two smaller diameter black wires I actually diagrammed and labeled them but I may have hooked them back up wrong.
What about the the power cables that come in? can they be on the wrong posts?

I am afraid I have messed it up, any ideas?
