    I can’t choose between them. If i got the whammy then fx like flanger and delay could all analog, on the other hand if a got the rp255 it would all be there for me and a tuner.

    i’d go with the digitech whammy. i’m saying that only because i have no idea what the digitech rp255 is, and i’m way too lazy to google it.

    no im not a bassist, yet. Rp255 is a multi effects unit

    Sorry, I am not a great fan of Digitech, all respect to them. I have been trying to persuade my fellow guitarist Werner to use some other brand however he has been happily using Digitech for years now and is a strong believer. And, yes, I do know these pedals and in the event of having to decide between them I would take the Digitech Whammy.
