I have sent three e-mails asking why my Holy Grail Nano came without a nut on
the selector switch. I asked also if they could send one along to me, or at least
tell me the size needed. I have heard nothing. Im not happy with the silence, but
ill bet they are putting my hard earned cash to good use.
Long & Mcquade (where I bought it) has a thirty day return policy.
I may get a refund for no other reason than principle.

i cant explain the silence, but….

the nut missing is normal, only the first run of the new nano and XO models had them, all the pedals now do not have the nut, it is not needed. its perfectly normal

also if you’re really busted up about not having it, your local hardware store can probably help you determine what size you need.

I expect they leave them off because the switch is soldered directly to the PCB and over tightening the nut could potentially cause stress and damage to the solder joints of the switch. If you do put one on I wouldn’t tighten it up too much.

Its just that every picture you see of them online has the nut.
If its good to go as is, then im happy.

My beef was the delay in response. Alls well that ends well I suppose.
Thanks guys, you have been great.

From what I understand, they simply get a massive amount of emails.

Maybe they should hire someone to answer emails for them. nudge nudge!
