I’m sure there are other similar ideas, mine is a combination of the b9, c9, and key9 pedals. I play in a cover band and don’t have a need for 9 different organ sounds or synth sounds, the room on an already over crowded pedal board, or, and the biggest one, the cost of multiple pedals for only two or three sounds from each, I’m a strong believer in the “biggest bang for the buck”, I’ve looked at these pedals for a long time now but just can’t bring myself to buy one because of the limited use of just one. A pedal that say had a few organ sounds, Born to be Wild type songs, The Doors type electric piano would be great and Steel Drum of coarse, for those Jimmy Buffet occasions, it would be cool to combine the sounds of these cool pedals to encompass what a gigging cover band would most likely use. Then cheap guys like me could leave the keyboard home, not spend a large amount of dough, and not have to travel ten feet to the other end of the pedal board.
Yes please X 1000! I own a Mel9 and find four or 5 of its presets practical for my application. I love the B9 and C9 demos, but see some overlap and some excess.
If a “best of” combo pedal is a possibility in the near future, please let us know! I really can’t buy all five pedals in the 9 series.
