    I just bought an Electro Harmonix Big Muff Op Amp pedal.
    My problem is that when I activate the pedal, with the volume almost to the minimum, the volume jump in my amplifier is very strong and I cannot use it.
    I have directly tested the input, I have tested for the effects loop … and nothing. I have tested for the loop, there is a serial or parallel option, and in parallel it sounds less, but very bad … the head is a Koch Twintone 50w.
    Please, what can I do ???

    This pedal is designed to be feed by a guitar not an effects loop.
    Are you using it in an effects loop?

    Si, primero por el input, sin ningun otro pedal, y desde el canal limpio
