    I have money for either a small clone or a memory boy. Which one???????

    i would go with the small clone first, then save up for the memory boy. i personally think every pedal board needs a good chorus to thicken things up a bit.

    i think delay is more effective for thickening things up, especially one like the MB which has modulation

    i’d go with the memory boy because it has chorus and delay :)

    You can probably dial in a decent chorus on the Toy, but the oscillation rate and depth are fixed. If that doesn’t bother you, then go with the Toy. If you use more chorus than delay, and you want a more flexible chorus sound, go with the Clone.

    oh, then get the small clone. but it also depends on what you think you would use more. i use chorus more, so i got the small clone.
