    Just got this pedal and the sound is great – but when I press bypass the direct volume drops a lot no matter what the blend is set to.
    Is this normal ?
    If not – anything I can do except RMA’ing the pedal ? – inside pots etc ?
    I want to use the pedal in a small setup in a direct chain from instrument to amp.

    You mean the volume drops when you turn the effect off? That shouldn’t happen.

    Yes- it drops very much – almost to half volume.
    So – RMA ?
    Or maybe just adjust a potmeter inside ?

    If its a new pedal I wouldn’t mess around with it. Just return it to the store and get a working one. Other troubleshooting: Are you using the right adapter?

    Do you mean power adapter ? – yes, – it came with the pedal.

    RMA’ed it – got a new one that works.
