I’ve had the cathedral for only a few days and already love it.

But setting up my guitar tonight I’m getting no input with the pedal turned on, despite that when in bypass mode the guitar comes through perfectly. I noticed that the left input jack nut was slightly loose and have hand tightened it, without any result.

Any suggestions? If i take the bottom off the pedal, to see what state the mono input is in, do I void the pedals warranty? I live in the UK so sending the pedal in for repair seems like a big hassle for something that may be incredibly simple.
