Brand new unit. I Tried saving a preset in an empty preset location 11. I press and hold the Value knob but the Preset LED doesn’t stop blinking. It won’t store the preset.

I just tried it again and what I’ve discovered is nothing loads unless I hold down the value knob for over 10 seconds and press down on it really hard. Then it eventually will load.

Ok so now I see the problem is the Value knob switch. It only works if I exert a lot of force. I will rerun it to Sweetwater for a replacement.
