Hi, I’m wondering about using the effects send on the Superego pedal as a “wet” out, sent to an amp instead of the pedal’s return jack. Would I then be able to send a signal out of the pedal’s out jack as a purely dry signal?
I’d like to send the frozen sounds from the Superego to some effects and then to one amp while sending the dry signal to different effects and a different amp. If i can pull this off with the out and send jacks like i described, will the signal be weaker going to my amps?
Or could this potentially cause bad ground looping issues? Should i use a dedicated splitter box instead?
Thanks!
Use a buffered splitter (like a Boss LS-2 or a Y cable + LPB2ube) before the pedal for your dry signal and you should be fine.
