    yeah you can plug it right into your soundcard but it won’t sound very good (and you’d need a 1/4″ to 1/8″ lead)

    you should use an interface with a preamp for it to sound better

    it might sound it if you run it through an guitar amp modeling program…such as, native instrument’s guitar rig….I have done that before and, after you add a little speaker emulation it sound good….
