    I’ve had my Freeze for about 9 months and I love it. Last month at rehearsal it decided to basically stop working. The output signal (both activated and in bypass) is so low that I can’t even hear my bass. If I remove the freeze from the effects chain, signal strength returns to normal. Any suggestions on what the problem may be? How I can get it fixed?

    No one has any suggestions as to the nature of the problem? Not even an EHX mod?

    contact customer service man. mods rarely come on here. the forum’s more for enthusiasts.
