Greeting!

was super excited to get the all new PF+ out of the box.
plugged it properly to the original adaptor and afterwards to my properly working power supply which i plug the first edition PF to and without any problem.
But! the PF+ had worked for a couple of minutes before the screen refuse to turn on, and I can’t turn it on/ off, even thought the Bypass and User LEDs are on.
No matter what button I push nothing happens. this is such a weird problem I’ve never witnessed…
Ill say once again that all of the plugging to the wall aspect was done properly (i had done some stupid mistakes with gear in my life but that’s not the case!)
