Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › Blank between each repetitions with the Canyon loop function
Hello,
I recently bought a second hand Canyon.
I have tried the loop function and I have always a blank(no sound) during almost half of a second between repetitions.
Could you please tell me how to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Make sure you are actually erasing the loop first.
It sounds like you have a loop length already set.
ERASING A LOOP
1. To erase a loop, playback must be stopped. If a loop is playing, press
the footswitch two times quickly to stop it.
2. Press and hold the footswitch for 2 seconds to erase the loop memory.
The LED will blink red six times then remain off, indicating that the
loop is erased.
3. Note: the ERASE function is only available when the loop has
recorded memory, as indicated by the dim green LED.
Hello,
Unfortunately I can claim that there is no previous record because I have already erased all data by proceeding like the way you mentionned.
Here is my test: I played a note strong enough to start and stop the record during the note is still working. When I listen the record I have a gap around 500ms during repetitions.
… 500ms between repetitions.
Sorry please contact the techs at info@ehx.com
Hello
I have explained and required some help on the contact you sent, but since the 5th of April I have any answer.
By the way I have tested another canyon made this one on 2018, and I had the same blank between loops. So it seems not a single issue.
Are all of canyon working with this issue?
If not, could you please help me to solve this issue?
