White noise should apear on every pedal that amplifies the signal. And by sonic possibilities, what do you mean, seriously?

Hey guys I recently brought a Big Muff Pi from ebay, and it didn’t come with a power supply so does anyone know what voltage and polarity it requires. I assumed it would be 9v but it the red LED isn’t lighting up, I can only guess it needs a positive polarity or more voltage which I don’t really want to experiment around without more knowledge in case I damage the unit. Any assistance would be much appreciated. By the way I’m in the UK if it makes any difference.

It is 9v, so just try the polarity, it never did harm to one of my pedals^^
