Home › Forums › Help/Technical Questions › Big Muff Pi Deluxe Bass – footswitch connection broken, schematics needed
hi there, I broke one of the LED diodes on my BigMuff, so I tried to change it, but… because of very tiny cables between the PCB and footswitches I accidentally broke both the cables, so I had to get off the rests of the cables from both sides (main PCB and two little footswitch PCBs). The problem is, that when I was trying to get it off the PCB, I damaged some connections between the wiring and the footswitch on the CN2B and CN3B sides. I need to know, which wire is connected to which pin of the footswitch to connect it “hard way”. Has anyone the connection scheme of these little PCBs? (marked as S2 and S3)
Anyway, these wires between the main PCB and these boards are really weird – when using flat wires, there should be some connector, not this “hard connection”. Please change it in the next revision.
Thank you for any help.
Hi there,
I’m having the same problem and I’m not finding the board to replace with cables.
I’m looking for “board cn 3s” but no results.
Could you give me a hint?
Thank you
Félix
