    I love how EHX is super innovative but…. Why does EHX have such a lame warranty compared to Boss, Ibanez, Maxon, all the boutique stuff. I would buy more of their stuff, if they stood behind it.

    have you ever tried to get Boss’s customer service department? I can call EHX whenever and talk to a real person. Good luck doing that with Boss/Roland
