I’ve had my bassballs pedal for a while now, can’t remember how long. It’s one of the black made in Russia ones. Anyhow, recently it won’t shut off. As soon as I hook it up to the amp and bass and plug it in (or run by battery, it makes no difference) the light comes on, pedal is active and won’t shut off. Before I go trying to replace the foot switch, I figured I’d ask if anyone on this forum has any suggestions/input that may be of use in this situation. It’s a much loved pedal and I’d really like to fix the problem. Thanks.
I would definitely replace the footswitch. There’s no fancy switching circuitry so that’s really the only thing it could be.
That’s what I was thinking. And yes, there isn’t very much to them, very simple on the interior. Thanks for your input, much appreciated.
