Hey guys, just received the new Bass9 – everything works as it should except when the pedal is turned off there’s no guitar signal passing through the effect output. Dry output works as it should. Both dry and effect volumes work perfectly when the effect is engaged. Anyone else with this problem?

Made a short vid to show what I mean:

Open the pedal up. There should be a small switch on the footswitch that allows the dry signal to be either on or off when the effect is bypassed.
This allows you to send the just the bass to a different amp if needed.

Thank you very much, that did the trick. There’s no mention of that switch in the manual so I didn’t open the box up. All working well now.
    Cheers
