wanting to purchase a micro synth, but I’ve read a bit about using the bass vs guitar version.
Is it a better choice to use the Bass version with 7 string or some down tuned guitars? Drop D or C etc. Thanks for any help and clarity. Just wanting to make the right investment.
Any pros or cons, experience is greatly appreciated.
Some guitarists use the bass version. Difference I believe is that the filters are tuned to be ideal for lower frequencies, and the range of the effect is lower, so a con would be you wouldn’t get the same effect playing super high up.
If I were you I’d try to find them and try them out.
