    Hello there,

    I’ve bought a Bass Big Muff Pi on Ebay around a week ago, it worked fine during the past week and also used it during my band’s practice saturday.
    A few moments ago, I picked up my bass again & connected the Big Muff, but when I pressed the bypass switch, the LED didn’t light up and I couldn’t hear the fuzz effect. I replaced the battery but that didn’t seem to work either.
    I’d appreciate it if anyone of you could help me, otherwise I guess I’ll have to send it back for repairs…

    Could be something as simple as a bad battery connector. Can you hook the Muff up to a power supply to test if it will power up?

    also open it up and check to see the three parts of the input jack are OK. On my Little Big Muff, the sleeve connection got bent I believe and thus it wouldn’t turn on because the sleeve and ring need to connect together for the pedal to turn on. (Since you plug a mono plug in, the mono plug acts as a connector between the two, since the sleeve of the mono plug touches the ring)
