I’ve been stuffing myself with various cheese and crackers tonight and it made me realise how much I love cheese.
My favs tonight are:
Brie … bloody lovley, I’m not a massive fan of french cheese but Brie is the exception to that… soft creamy and yummy!!

Wensleydale .. a tasty crumbly hard cheese.. what I’ve been eating tonight was Wensleydale with cranberries in it… so good!!

Double Gloucester …. an nice alternative to the good old Chedder, slightly nuttier in taste… the stuff I was eating tonight has chives in it too… very good.

December 15, 2009 at 11:34 am #105383Fender&EHX4everModeratorI love a lot of different cheeses, though cow dairy is not the healthiest or environmentally friendly nourishment on the planet.
My favorite cheeses are French. Generally speaking for my tastes, the stinkier it is, the tastier it is.
Maroilles
Morbier
Reblochon
Comte

Parenica, a Slovakian specialty (tastes kinda like string cheese)
