Does anyone know if it’s possible to repair worn silk screen graphics? Like touching up?
Second, does anyone have a good rust removal procedure? I tried. Steel wool and it made horrible scratches on the stainless steel
Just wondering if anything can be done cosmetically
No idea if Mister Davis still does, but…Maybe here :
quote :
“RECONDITIONING: If needed and desired, I can cosmetically recondition (clean, touch up paint scratches, and relacquer) the box of any Electro-Harmonix guitar pedal so it looks almost like new when you get it back. Reconditioning, like custom mods, can raise the resale value of a pedal considerably. Deep scratches, bends, dents, and deep rust staining in the steel cannot be fully restored.”
You can use an Oxalic acid reduction for the rust, but keep it away from the screen work.
