Hey guys,

I am new to external sound devices and having difficulties setting up my unit. I am most interested in “vocoding” with my AKAI EWI. Is there any advise on how to do this? I have reviewed the basic set-up instructions and still no vocoding option. I can hear that the other harmony options work, but even when i unplug my 1/4″ line from my EWI to the unit…I still get the harmony effects. It’s almost as if it’s not registering the EWI? It says in the manual, that most of the setting require an instrument? Anyone?
