Dear Musician,
Because N.Y. State has ordered that all non-essential New York workers must stay home in an effort to combat the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, there are complete disruptions in manufacturing product and customer repairs, and major delays in shipping orders and service. We are vigilantly monitoring the situation, but unfortunately cannot give you an accurate time frame for when things will change. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hello. We are under a similar order in Ohio. My White Finger is there for warranty repair, but it’s not like musicians have venues that are open for performance.
I know that it will be returned when it is safe to repair and send it back to me. There are currently more pressing issues at hand. I thank you and your employees for all that you do for us.
