Hi, I just got my 95000, I was wondering if there is any way to record a loop on a track without the unit advancing to the next one once I’ve ended it (basically to stay in the same track in order to overdub and decide manually if I want to go to the next one).

I make mistakes pretty often and it takes some time to hit the track footswitch 6 times to get back to the track where my recording was in order to undo/delete it. It gets especially annoying if you’re playing along with somebody else.

I’d appreciate any comments on this, thanks.

The track number always increments from 1 to 2 when you press either the RECORD or PLAY footswitch to set the loop length.

The 95000 only performs this automatic track increment when setting the loop length on a New Loop. If you don’t like the way the loop turned out, the fastest way to start over would be to delete the loop by holding down the TRACK and UNDO footswitches until the six TRACK LEDs stop blinking. Then press RECORD to begin recording a New Loop.
