    Hello, I love my 95000 but recently it has started to freeze during playback and have to unplug and re start up the device. Is this an issue that might be fixed with the firmware update? Thank you- Mike

    It might be power supply or card related. Are you using the original power supply that came with the 95000 or a third party power supply.

    What firmware version are you using?

    I had to buy a third party because the shop that I purchased the unit from gave me a 9.6 V and as you know the 95000 is 9VDC 400mA. I had trouble locating an adapter with the exact specs. May I be provided one by EHX through my warranty without sending the whole unit in? I have just updated to firmware LF1NY21.BIN.

    The 95000 ships with a 9.6VDC/500mA power supply. Can you ask the shop if they still have the original power supply for the 95000?

    Hi I have the same issue. I’m using the Ehx GFP051U-096050 9v 500ma power supply.
    This happens pretty consistently, can someone help me troubleshoot?
