I have an old Frequency Analyzer; the kind that has a male power cord socket. 120V no ac/dc or voltage converter. Well.. I don’t have the cord. I want to use an old extension cord that I trimmed some of the plastic off of so it fits in the socket. The problem is, I can’t tell which contact is positive which is negative. Will it hurt if I reverse the polarity?
Thanks! I’m really eager to use this again.
It’s AC so the polarity doesn’t matter.
Great. Thanks for the quick reply
