First, I’m loving my new 44. It sounds great.
However, there’s a wee issue coming up when I want to turn my rig off – the 44 is sending a click to the speaker when I shut it off, and unless I turn the volume knob all the way down first it’s loud enough to be pretty annoying.
Is there a “correct” way to power it down? I’ve tried switching it off both by unplugging the 120v side and unplugging the DC cable from the pedal itself, with no difference.
My 22 Cal gives a slight click when powered off. So does my Deluxe Reverb, due to an arcing in the switch inherent to the design. I live with it.
