I just ordered a 22500 and am stoked to start using it. While reading the manual in prep for its arrival I noticed that it doesn’t sum stereo inputs to mono. Is this still the case? Is this a possible firmware update? Other than this, and no 1/8″ stereo input (both of which are common features on loopers) this looper is perfect.
I ask about this sum to mono feature because I have an acoustic. With two outputs. It would be great if this pedal could take these two signals and some of them to mono.
Correct the 22500 does not sum the stereo inputs to one mono output. The left and right channels remain separate through the 22500 from input to output.
You could try an adapter and see if that does the trick for you.
(Not sure what you mean by stereo acoustic pickup.)

A bit of a bummer, but thanks for the fast response. My acoustic has two output jacks. One for an internal mic and one for an internal magnetic pickup. This allows for flexibility to tailor the sound to the room and volume as each pickup has different strengths.
