Hi, I recently purchased the 25000 looper and if I touch anything before the menu knob, any buttons or switches, the pedal freezes up, does not show any error numbers, just whatever loop Iir was last on until I unplug it. If I use the menu knob immediatelyafter turning it on, it will allow me to scroll through the menu settings, but it won’t allow me to record a loop and it will eventually freeze and I arrive at the same issue – everything freezes and is unchangeable until I unplug. I’ve taken out the SD card, put it back it, it doesn’t seem to impact anything. I’m using the proper power supply.
