    Hi there,

    I have a 22500 looper that has two apparently fatal issues.

    First, it freezes or turns off within a couple seconds of starting a recording on either loop.

    Second, it will not update to the current firmware. On the last step (hold MODE for 2 seconds until “U” is displayed), nothing happens. And upon restarting the pedal, it still shows the old firmware version.

    I have tried different SD cards, other compatible power supplies, other outlets, etc., but nothing seems to remedy either issue.

    This issue was fixed by replacing the SD card. Once the SD card was replaced I was able to update the firmware.
