Hi,
I recently started having difficulties with my 22500 pedal. I first was trying to put an AIFF audio file into the pedal, but later realized that it needed to be a WAV file, 16-bit, sample rate of 44.1kHz, and must be in stereo. So, I deleted the AIFF file from the pedal (along with USERBANK.SET and BANKTMPO.TXT), converted it to a WAV file (16-bit, 44.1kHz, stereo), and then put in the pedal. It started to work for a moment and then all of a sudden my computer said that the pedal was improperly disconnected and I never even touched anything. Now it won’t even show up on my computer when I plug the pedal in, the foot controller won’t toggle through the banks, and the pedal itself says there’s nothing saved to it. However, I can take out the SD card from the pedal and plug it into my computer and the SD shows up fine on the computer. Also, the SD card shows that I do have files saved to it. I tried updating it with the new firmware update since I can plug the SD card in separately, but since the pedal is not working the update doesn’t work. Please help!

Try reformatting the SD card but before you do you probably should backup everything on the card to your computer.
It sounds like the card became corrupted from the 22500’s viewpoint at least. After reformatting, try using the empty SD card in the 22500 to see if works normally. If it does then begin putting your Loop and Bank folders back on the SD card and see if any specific folder causes the 22500 to choke. If it does then the folder can no longer be used on the 22500.

This app is probably the best way to format your SD card: http://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4
