    Hi there,

    I just got a 22 Caliber for home practice and it has a lot of hiss. Just wondering if this is normal?

    I had one & thought the same thing. Yours seems “normal”.

    Just got mine today. Noisy, too. Sounds great otherwise. The hissy white noise is annoying at home or for recording, but as a live back-up, I don’t it’d be a problem. Better than lugging a second tube head.

    This is a totally easy fix. You need to get a committed speaker cable.
    It’ll his like Missus Snakey on PMS until you do.
