I just received a POG2 that I bought on ebay. Two questions:

1. There is a noticeable delay between the original note and the octave note. Is this normal?

2. The various octaves are not the same volume level. The +1 is especially weak. The +2 is much louder than the +1 when both are max’d. And the -1 is much louder than the +1. Is this normal? Or do I have a defective pedal?

3. The +1 and +2 don’t sound anything like guitar strings. The -1 and -2 do sound a little like a bass. Is this normal? I understand that you’re supposed to blend them with the original guitar signal, but I was curious what each of them sounds like alone.
