Home › Forums › Vintage EHX › 1970’s MUFF FUZZ POINT TO POINT CIRCUIT
Hello:
Here is a picture of an older MUFF FUZZ. I am the original owner. Bought it new back in 1978 for $23.95 .
The color of the text on this is all orange, no black and no borders.
Also looking on the net, I find these with a small circuit board, this one has NO circuit board.
Have the original box, sales slip, instructions…This MUFF FUZZ is in near mint condition.
Please take a look and comment. Any info will be much appreciated.
Paul
That unit is from a few years prior to 1978 which explains the point to point wiring. Later models did use a pcb but I think that by 1978 they had gone to the unit with 2 female jacks and a dual male plug.
Thank you for the reply.
I bought the Muff Fuzz in a small shop in Saulte Ste Marie Michigan.
Also purchased a Small Stone Phase Shifter sometime around that era.
It to is in excellent condition. I tried to glue a “stick” to the knob so as to turn it with my foot.
Did not work, the only blemish is on the knob.
