    Hi there,
    my 16 second delay is not functioning correctly today. i have not used it for acouple of weeks.
    It works in bypass mode- but when out of bypass there is no signal coming through just a “hum”
    Lights light up as they should. It is nothing straight forward like audio outputs are turned down.
    Any thoughts?
    If I need service i live 2 hours from toronto, is there anyone here in canada that services your stuff?

    It sounds like the input op-amp got fried and needs to be replaced. This is a common repair for the 16 Second reissue. This op-amp is called U2 on the board.
